Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In the rare case of a significant delay, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders under $25 will be charged a flat or carrier-calculated shipping rate shown at checkout.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and begin after your order has shipped, not when it is placed. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States.


International Shipping

International shipping times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged once the order reaches its destination country.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is marked as shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
